Acceptable Return Timeframe
If there is any problem with your order (defective product, incorrect order, damaged or unsuitable order, etc.), please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order and we will be happy to help you review it, and if the review is approved, you can return the glass to us with the order number on the package (the order number is very important on the package as we need to refund your payment based on the correct order number). Of course, if you accept this, we will replace it with a new one for you (please let us know which new model you need). Please do not return anything until we have had a look at the box, our customer service team will review the request and send further instructions.
Refunds are usually made within three working days of receipt of the goods and may take up to seven working days during peak periods.
– Will be replaced. A prepaid return label will be provided.
– Opened may not be returned.
– Unopened may be returned for store credit. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Undeliverable or package returned to sender
– Shipping charges will not be refunded.
